Deleting your data from Reflexo

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to Reflexo

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you in either of these ways:

1. From Facebook: open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Find Reflexo, select Remove, and choose to delete. Facebook sends us the request, and gives you a confirmation code and a link where you can follow its status.
2. By email: write to privacy@holoncode.in from the email address on your account, and say "delete my data".

If you are a customer of a shop that uses Reflexo

Ask in the chat with the shop, in your own words, for example "delete my data". The shop approves it, and if it does not act within 7 days, Reflexo completes it for the shop.

What happens

We delete your messages, details and what is remembered about you. Orders stay in the shop's accounts with your name and number removed. Some records are kept for the one year the law requires, then deleted. We answer within 30 days.
